D1 women’s basketball teams will be staying in both the Isla Verde/Carolina and Condado areas of San Juan. Please check with your team to see where they are scheduled to stay if you choose to stay at the same hotel.

What Each Fan Package Includes:

Base Fan Packages include a FOUR NIGHT STAY at the hotel of your choice, admission to your team’s Clasico games and a Clasico event t-shirt.

ONE PERSON PACKAGE - One adult in the room, admission for one and one t-shirt

TWO PERSON PACKAGE - Two people in the room, admission for two and two t-shirts. The two people in the room can either be two adults or one adult and one child.

Additional Nights:

You can add nights to a Fan Package both on the front or back end of the reservation. The minimum number of nights for a package is four. Base packages are either:

How far in advance do I need to purchase my Fan Package? There are a limited number of Fan Packages available at each hotel. Once the limited supply is sold, there will not be anymore available.

Is the pricing per person? No. The pricing listed above is per Fan Package and includes one room for four nights and everything else listed above.

Why are the prices different for some hotels? The prices reflect the cost of each hotel and its location. All hotels have their own pools, their own beach area and beach amenities.

Can I book my own hotel reservation? Absolutely! If you do, you will need to purchase your admission tickets from our event table when you arrive in San Juan.

How close are the hotels to the game venues? All hotels are within 20-35 minutes of all game venues. Traffic may affect these estimated time. The best mode of transportation for fans to all game venues is either Uber or Taxi.

How do I check in to the hotel once I arrive? You will receive your hotel confirmation number prior to your arrival in San Juan. Once you arrive at the hotel, you will check in at the front desk. Please check your hotel’s Check In and Check Out times.

How do I get my admission tickets to the games? You will need to stop by our event table at your hotel to pick up your admission tickets and your event t-shirt.

Can I pick the location of my room? Room locations are randomly assigned.

Can I use my own hotel reward points? Unfortunately, no. If you want to use your own reward points or receive reward points, you will need to make your own reservation.

Is my Fan Package refundable once I purchase it? Unfortunately, no.

If I fill out my information for the Fan Package, can I pay at a later date? Unfortunately, no. You can certainly take a peek at the next page. Once you fill out the Fan Package reservation form and hit submit, you will be taken to the Payment Page. You will select your “products” on the Payment Page and proceed to check out. Once you get to the check out page, you will be asked to enter your payment information. Reservations are NOT secured until payment in full is made. Your information is NOT saved in the system if you do not make payment.
