Hotel Fan Packages

Teams will be staying at either the Royal Sonesta San Juan or the Caribe Hilton San Juan Please check with your team to see where they are staying if you choose to stay at the same hotel. Fan Packages are available and include a FOUR NIGHT stay, admission to all games on the days your team plays and an event t-shirt.

Royal Sonesta San Juan (located in Isla Verde)

Fan packages are available for FOUR nights minimum. You are able to ADD nights to your reservation. Packages are non-refundable once purchased.

ONE ADULT - $1795 This includes a KING room for FOUR nights, one adult, admission for ONE to two days of Clasico games and ONE event t-shirt. Room locations are randomly assigned.

TWO PEOPLE - $1895 This includes a KING room for FOUR nights, either two adults or one adult and one child in the room, admission for TWO to two days of Clasico games and TWO event t-shirts. Room locations are randomly assigned.

ADDITIONAL NIGHTS can be added to a FOUR night package.

CHILDREN (under the age of 18) CAN BE ADDED to a two person package. Maximum number of adults on a reservation is two. Maximum number of people in a room is four.

Traveling to Puerto Rico

Flights should be booked to arrive at the San Juan Airport (SJU), also referred to as the Luis Munoz Marin International Airport. No passports are required for travel to San Juan. Most major airlines have non stop flight options from larger stateside cities. Once you arrive at baggage claim and step outside, there is a Taxi Station with taxis ready to transport to hotels. If you prefer Uber, once you secure your ride, meet your driver between poles 16-19 outside the baggage claim area. Rental cars are also available at the airport and in Isla Verde. Be sure to check with your hotel on parking fees.

Event Ticket Information

Tickets must be purchased from our event table located in the lobby of the Embassy Suites. Puerto Rico College Sports Tours staff members will be available at the event table to answer questions and assist fans. Event table hours will be posted as we get closer to the event. For those staying at the Caribe Hilton and NOT purchasing a Fan Package, please email us two weeks prior to your arrival for purchase of tickets.

NOTE: If you purchase a Fan Package, your tickets are included in that, along with hotel stay and event t-shirt.

Where to Eat and What to Do

Within four to six walking blocks of all our team hotels are numerous restaurants. We encourage all guests to enjoy the local cuisine and warm, welcoming atmosphere in the Isla Verde area.

There are many beautiful sights to see in Puerto Rico and many amazing places to visit. We encourage all guests to explore the island.

Game Venues

Multiple venues will be announced later this summer. Transportation to all venues is easiest by Taxi or Uber. Specific venues will be listed soon.

All games will be available via livestream. Links will be posted on our home page each day to take you to watch your team.

How far in advance do I need to purchase my Fan Package? There are a limited number of Fan Packages available. The current pricing is good through August 15th, 2024. Rates will increase August 16th, 2024. Once the limited supply is sold, there will not be anymore available.

Is the pricing per person? No. The pricing listed above is per Fan Package and includes one room for four nights and everything else listed above.

Can I make my own hotel reservation? Of course! You are welcome to make your own hotel reservations and purchase tickets to the games upon arrival in San Juan. We just hope to see you!

How close are the hotels to the game venues? All hotels are within 20-35 minutes of all game venues. Traffic may affect these estimated time. The best mode of transportation for fans to all game venues is either Uber or Taxi.

How do I check in to the hotel once I arrive? You will receive your hotel confirmation number prior to your arrival in San Juan. Once you arrive at the hotel, you will check in at the front desk. Please check your hotel’s Check In and Check Out times.

How do I get my admission tickets to the games? You will need to stop by our event table at your hotel to pick up your admission tickets and your event t-shirt.

Can I pick the location of my room? Room locations are randomly assigned.

Can I use my own hotel reward points? Unfortunately, no. If you want to use your own reward points or receive reward points, you will need to make your own reservation.

Is my Fan Package refundable once I purchase it? Unfortunately, no.

If I fill out my information for the Fan Package, can I pay at a later date? Unfortunately, no. You can certainly take a peek at the next page. Once you fill out the Fan Package reservation form and hit submit, you will be taken to the Payment Page. You will select your “products” on the Payment Page and proceed to check out. Once you get to the check out page, you will be asked to enter your payment information. Reservations are NOT secured until payment in full is made. Your information is NOT saved in the system if you do not make payment.
